We’ve moved to a new site (chandlerlab.uga.edu) where all future news and updates will be posted. We hope you will continue to check in and stay in touch.

Our lab studies the effects of land use change, agricultural practices, forest management, and restoration efforts on spatial and temporal population dynamics. We rely heavily on theory from spatial ecology and tools such as hierarchical models to describe and predict the effects of human activities on population viability. The ultimate aim of our work is provide reliable information to support science-based conservation efforts. Details about our research program can be found here.

If you’re interested in joining the lab or collaborating, please send me an email describing your ideas and experience.
